As a public servant, it is critical for me to hear from my constituents in order to do my job. In normal times, I hold office hours throughout the 15th Middlesex District. These are great opportunities to ask questions and learn about the happenings on Beacon Hill. However, given the complexities of scheduling as a public official, it is often difficult to plan office hours out far in advance.
